*Important* Independent Study Contracts
Each year our independent study students and parents are required to sign a contract that agrees to the terms of the school year.
Please, to the best of your ability, print, sign and upload this form on our website as soon as possible.
On our website, www.asacharterschool.com navigate to the enrollment tab. Under the enrollment tab there is a tab that states document upload. There you can upload pictures with a scanner or cellphone. This contract is mandatory for all students. If you have any issues getting this form back to us, please message your teacher so we can try to assist you.
