What is good and what is bad in food you like

Have you ever looked at a label on your favorite box of pop-tarts or bag of chips? This worksheet will help you look at the labels ingredients to determine what is good/bad in that food item. You will get to grade this product giving it an A, B or C-. Stay tuned for more fun activities, worksheets, art and food you can make at home.

You can take this along with you on your tablet or you can print this out and use it to hunt for as many items as you can. I hope you enjoy this fun scavanger hunt. Ants on a log

For this activity you will need:
        1. Celery sticks
        2. Peanut butter ( or almond butter, sunbutter, or                      cream cheese)
        3. Raisins ( or nuts, granola or fruit)
        4. Butter knife or back of a spoon
 
Instructions:
   First you will spread whatever you choose peanutbutter or your choice onto your celery stick. Then you will put whatever toppings you choose onto your celery and then eat. You can have your parent cut the celery sticks into pieces for you or you can leave them long if you choose. This is a fun and healthy snack for you to enjoy.
